Thermal management

Passive Two-Phase Heat Spreaders

  • Passive, two-phase heat transfer with no pumps, valves, plumbing, refrigerant, or external thermal power.
  • Flat, L-shaped, U-shaped, and application-specific configurations for the equipment geometry.
  • Designed to move heat directly from cells, busbars, GPUs, servers, rectifiers, power electronics, and drives.
  • Applicable to batteries, data centers, telecom sites, EV systems, UAVs, and industrial equipment.

Reported performance

  • Up to 40,000W/m·K

    Reported conductivity, Edge configuration

  • ≈19°C

Lower internal drive temperature in a referenced drive case

  • 55%

Lower thermal-management weight in the same drive case

Conductivity figure as reported in product materials for the Edge configuration. Drive-case results compare against the OEM heat-sink approach used in that case. Results depend on application, geometry, and operating conditions.

Battery systems

Customized Lithium-Ion Battery Systems

  • Customizable voltage, energy, power, enclosure, BMS, communications, and mechanical form factor.
  • Integrated autonomous heating and cooling through the thermal architecture.
  • Designed for high-rate backup, mobility, telecom, industrial, UAV, and specialized applications.
  • Can be delivered as a standalone battery system or integrated into a complete battery enclosure/UPS chassis.

In development

Integrated UPS Battery Chassis

We are developing an integrated UPS battery chassis where the battery module, heat spreader, BMS/electrical interfaces, and enclosure are designed as one packaged product for use with established UPS platforms. This can simplify integration, reduce thermal hot spots, and improve reliability and lifecycle economics.
