Facilitated the process of conducting cross-cloud analytics for a healthcare company as we performed analysis on their data that resided on local repositories, databases, Azure, and AWS. Upon asking why they had data on AWS and Azure both, they mentioned that AWS provided a better environment with regards to big data and scalability, whereas Azure was used because of Active Directory and a more smoother transition to the cloud. Overall, we helped this client with cross-cloud analytics such as indicating which medicinal drugs were sold the most and in what areas based on demographics. Using that set of analysis we advised the healthcare client to put more of a certain type of medicine in certain pharmacies as there is a greater dire need for such a drug in that particular area and an overall huge potential to capitalize on more sales revenue.
